Watching our Tigers Play at 31 Weeks

After our childbirth class that last all day Saturday, we had over Leigh Ann's family to watch the LSU game, in which they dominated! :) Maybe LSU played so well because Leigh Ann's newborn, Sam, got to come over and wear his LSU gear.

Total weight gain/loss: +22
Maternity clothes? Same as before...but notice how short my shirt is getting...this has become a very frustrating recurrent theme.
Stretch marks? Nope...fingers crossed
Sleep: pretty good
Best moment this week: Choosing the pediatrician
Miss Anything?  Wearing certain clothes
Movement: Sometimes it feels like he is tap dancing
Food cravings: Still chocolate milk
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not this week
Have you started to show yet: Yes
Gender prediction: BOY!
Labor Signs: Braxton Hicks
Belly Button in or out?  Still flat as a pancake
Wedding rings on or off?  On
Happy or Moody most of the time: I have my moments
Looking forward to:  Finishing the nursery...please come soon!

I can now balance my smoothies on my stomach...oh ya...things get crazy over here!

In all the excitement of last week, I forgot to mention that my best friend's premature baby got to come home from the NICU! Sam was born in August, at 34 weeks, in a surprise delivery that began at the nail salon and me rushing Leigh Ann to the hospital, and ended with a sweet baby boy that was 5 lbs. 10 oz. They threw a little celebration the night he came home and we got to see him for the first time. He is so tiny and so sweet...he never cries! (I can only pray mine takes note). I am sort of in LOVE with the little doll! They also came over for the LSU game, on Saturday, and I got to hold him for the first time. It has been so long since I have held a newborn...it will take some getting used to. Welcome to our clan baby Sam!
